Old member here saying hello again. I'm sad to say my old FR+ PD150 has finally expired after nearly 15 years of near trouble free ownership. I've kept some of the more desirable items from the car( if anything can be classed as that from a 15 year old car :) ) I was hoping to try and pass these...

I had the Fr+ and changed suspension to coilovers. I would be surprised if the front spring rates were the same as the cupra r given the difference in engine weights.

Chucked an ECP one on mine at 4 years old and it was still fine yesterday when it went to the scrapyard for other reasons 11 years later :mad:

I always kept mine on until the side ones got damaged and the ebay replacements didn't fit properly. As the others have said, best to keep it on if you can
