Bit of history about the car. Got the car in February 2009. Stayed standard for a long while. Here’s how she started off:

First thing done to the car was red sidelights:

These have since been removed.

Next thing was seatbelt covers and new mats:

Next I cleaned up the engine bay a bit:

Next was a simple, free mod – Debadging.

After that I threw in some crap, white ebay bulbs which were just awful:

These were swapped back to standard very soon as the light output was terrible.

Stubby aerial was next on the list:

And red cupra vent clips:

With keyring ;-)

Silvatec chrome indicator bulbs got rid of the fried eggs in the headlights:

After:

White rear license plate bulbs were added:

Put on a set of aero front wipers:

Next I wanted a way to play my ipod over the car speakers while keeping the standard headunit. An auxiliary cable from ebay and a little bit of wiring sorted that:

Over the cold weather last Christmas my rear washer popped off, a common fault on these cars. So got the boot trim off which was almost impossible to get off but managed it eventually.

Problem was obvious when I got in there:

Rear washer back in operation ;)
