thats about 1.5- 1.6 bar , at redline thats fantastic ,, have u a log of boost vs revs ,

it goes off a 30psi gauge at request till 4100 then slowly dropping to 22 at redline.
does anyone have a linky to the 35psi gauge?

well i think the guage is over reading..... ordered a better one from demon tweeks. so will know mid week...
It hits 30psi on this one then starts dropping slowly to the redline where it is at 21psi then when changing gear it goes to 26psi
it is running v srong...yesterday me a koh mikey(240bhp stage 2 mk4 cupra) from 70-120 and he hardly pulled. and below 100 not much in it

here is it in action from 3000rpm but if it's 2000rpm it'll hold 30psi till 3700 then start dropping at redline its 20psi and then bang up to 26-28 on gearchange...the only part that is inaccurate is when i first put foot down...like i said maybe can't read too much boost...need a decent 35psi guage to see properly.

on vag com it should be 25psi where it is 30psi on guage and 15psi at redline where it is 20 on vag com so i think the guage is miss reading about 5psi
like i said when i get new guage we'll see
also if i have a normal 2.5bar MAP sensor hits a ceiling at 2500-2600 ceiling and won't read higher! damn it!

Which gauge did you order out of interest? I have got a SPA boost/EGT gauage myself and would recommend it to anyone wanting a good gauage.

Looks OK for a cheap gauge, just hope you don`t get the dreaded rattle from it when not on boost. If i went for a mechanical gauage i would probably get a VDO gauage which i`ve heard good things about but i like my SPA stuff which isn`t cheap but they are dam good.Cheapest place i have found for SPA stuff is Jackson racing http://www.j-w-racing.co.uk/acatalog/subSPA_Design_Gauges.html#a554 . Best gauges by far are the Defi stuff but thier boost gauage only goes up to 2 Bar.
Not running that much boost at the moment. On my Cupra i was running 2.4 Bar with the propane which i did intend to get remapped to a lower boost so i could add more propane and get more power but that never happend. On the Audi running a mild map with 2.0 Bar at the moment but the VT5 can take 2.5 Bar so theres more to come when it gets remapped again with the new mods.
