£ beeps and blackpool illuminations

Alright there guys.

wondering if anyone knows what the problem with my mk3 ibiza cupra might be. sometimes when i start it. say 20% of the time i get 3 beeps, the 3 centre vertical lights stay on (handbrake, trac control and the middle one?). also my headlights wont come on, no indicators either. just dont get it. if i turn engine off and then back on everythings fine. headlights, indicators everything works

any ideas?

the 3 bleeps are caused by low brake fluid mate!

And that would be the cause of the handbrake, ABS?? and track light.

im not so sure it is. couple of months ago i got a beep when starting it sometimes that guys on here said was brake fluid. so it was topped up and stuff. and why would it stop my lights and indicators working?

have you checked the level again?
if you had to top it up the other day it may be leaking!?

Hello mate, did you ever find out what was wrong? Last night my sport tdi developed a similar problem abs tcs handbrake flashes/buzzer 3 beeps. Also no wipers/washers, indicators or rear heated screen It drives but can`t use it really till sorted out. Can`t get it looked at till next friday, garage too busy ??

Most common problem with the 3 beeps is the coolant level/sensor. Check that first.

As for brake fluid level, does anyone know if you will get a warnin the same as this or would it show up on VAG COM?

If the brake fluid is low yes you get 3 beeps when up start, and the handbrake light flashes for about a minute.

i had that problem, got home took the brake flued cap and it was full put it back on and it ant come back on since then.

I get lots of other problems aswell Not just abs/tcs and bleeps? Why would anything affect wipers/indicators on an abs/brake related fault?
