I dont understand the panic to change clutch, my 150 trolly was remapped to full possible gain 13 months ago, done 28,000 miles since, tiny bit of slip now and again, but its been there since i had it done, cars now done 80,000 miles still same clutch

CCPKMD Some are lucky some are not... you dont know till you do the remap, but then thats too late, you spent £300 odd and cant take it back!

Ive brought a set of new 312mm carriers and a mintex combo from ebay. all in has cost me near on £200. I am hopefully going to fit them tonight, have to drive 400 miles at the weekend so i will bed them in and let you know. After seeing what slick and unclefester are up to on the brakes im tempted to follow their footsteps.

Cant wait till friday, having ARBS fitted polly bushes engine mount (dog bone) and a new clutch. Should of have the clutch at remap, we all learn.

Im definatly addicted now though, I was going to leave the car standard post remap, things have changed since then.

Yes things of beauty arent they, but the master cylinder needed to get them feed with enough volume, well its just not worth the conversion... unless you have an orchard of money trees hidden in your back garden!

So Porka are the best next thing!
