been offered some bmw x5 19" wheels (10j rear, and will get 9j front ) question is will they fit my alhambra without clearance issues? I know i will need pcd adapters, but also will the increase in rim size effect my speedo to much or will it be ok?

no they wont fit the pcd is bigger than your alhambra your model is 112 pcd. bmw wheels are about 120 pcd so they would not fit. the biggest wheels that i know fit on a alhambra are 8x18 with 235/40/18 tyres

They would fit with adapters and stretched tyres rear might poke a bit though

in my original post i said i would need adapters, tried them and they sat just flush with the arches so a little stretch would look lush, but i have changed my mind anyway as i really like the 18" mercedes amg monoblocks

I've just fitted 19's to my 04 Alhambra. Came off a VW T4.
Same 5x112 PCD and 57.1 centre bore.
ET was 35 with 245/35/19 tyres. Rear was fine, front JUST rubbed on full lock.
Will post pics soon, along with the HID conversion ;-)

Bought HID kit off eBay, about £30 from china H7 bulb fitting if I remember right.
Gone through about 3 MoTs since fitting with no probs. don't think I have auto level headlights either.
Look great and improve night driving too.
Went for the 8000K colour so not too blue.

Fairly easy, as with most things and newer engines,
All depends on how big your hands are! Lol
I have small but chunky hands with stumpy fingers. Ok for small spaces but not tight ones!? Sounds wrong lol!

I agree, but only the rear end! the front i think would struggle with the speed bumps if it went any lower. But the back end has always looked high.

I wanted a black one to start with, but this was £2k cheaper with only 7000 miles extra and I loved it the day I saw it. the same day he got called Toby too.
