im woundering if anyone knows where on the gearbox the switch is to? and best way to get to it? as ive had a look underneath when I was servicing it and whatever I pulled out did not have any threads on it so not sure if it was a sensor or a vent.

i had this problem with mine.... the cables are routed wrongly and were tight this caused them to rub through and eventualy snap.... if you take the battery out you can just see it on the top of the gearbox hope this helps
lovely job cheers mate couldnt find it + hard work trying to feel for it behind the under covers lol
like i said if you take the battery out n the case it sits in you can just see it on the left hand side its pretty tricky but you should see it....
