1.4 TSI FR Removing Centre Silencer

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience removing the centre silencer from a Mk3 Leon FR 1.4.

I was wondering what effect this has on the exhaust sound, where I can get this done and roughly how much it would cost.

Probably worth noting that I have the OEM sport styling kit with the twin sports exhaust.

what difference in sound is the sports kit to the standard FR? It's always been an interest, but a retro fit of it is very costly
On YouTube there are a few of 1.4 with the silencer removed but I've only seen it on stock exhausts

To be honest, I don't really think there is much difference, hence why I'm looking to make it sound a little better.

At the moment, I don't really think the sound matches the looks of the car.
