1.8 TSI Coolant Change

I've noticed that the coolant in my 1.8 TSI is a pretty grim brown/dirty orange colour. Not good considering it should be G13 pink/purple. I've had it from new and its done 63k and just coming up on 4 years old. Its always been serviced by SEAT dealerships.

Has anyone else had this? I've checked the service manual and cant see a coolant change required at any point (only a top up). I'm wondering if it has had the wrong coolant added at some point making it this brown colour. Any other ideas of what could cause it?

I was thinking doing a coolant change. Do they have a drain valve on the radiator? If so, where? Or is it a case of taking the lower hose of the rad? Thanks for any help.
