is it possible to fit the air intake from the 160 bhp ibiza to the loen 150 bhp fr+..

agreed, i dont think the intake for the 150 is as restrictive so it shouldnt be required.

The Leon 150's airbox looks quite a lot bigger than the Ibiza 160's.

Not sure about the feed size difference between the 150 and 160, but if you want bigger, you could try something this.

dont really want to start cuting and drilling stuff, only had it 4 months

The difference running one of those (vortex style) is quite small. There is a difference, but it's minimal.
