2.0 TDI Turbo Fault?????????????

Hi,
When I take my foot off the accelerator to either change gear or 'backing off' speed, there is like a fluttering rattle from engine for a second or two. My dealer says they think this could be my Turbo, rather than something loose rattling? They said i should change my driving style to alleviate the problem!!!
Has anyone else heard anything like this or have an idea?

Dont dealers come out with such c**p? It must have been beyond them to say "bring it in sir and we will inspect the vehicle to check for the fault"

sorry, that wasnt much help really was it.
EGR valves are failing on these at quite a rate.
