Have emailed asking about cambelt Change if done
And asked about water leaks and advisories from last mot

Is there anything else I should ask or be aware of from this as I think it's a good deal

looks decent enough, watch for paint fade on the yellow ones though. there's a guide for buying leons when you go to look at it
I thought the 2001's came with pre facelift bumpers and 16" alloys?

Looks ok,kit has obviously put on at some point

As said yellow suffers from fading tho
