2003 SEAT Leon Cupra R 1M 210bhp
136k miles – only covered 11k miles since September 2016 when I bought it.
MOT until October 2021, not expecting it to need anything to pass the next one.
Standard Cupra R 210 specification except:
The wheels really need a refurb but are straight. Tyres are all good, including the spare. Rears were replaced recently.
Engine and gearbox run really well, smooth, no leaks, no smoke, no crunchy gears.
Interior is in good condition, apart from the carpet which looks like it's been overly zealously vacuumed at some point.
Some of the work I’ve done to it whilst I’ve had it includes:-
2 keys, V5 is in my name, etc. I did not get much history with the car, other than some receipts from the previous 2 owners.

- Milltek cat-back stainless steel exhaust
- mk4 Golf front aero wipers. Passenger wiper arm shortened, uses standard Mk4 Golf aero wipers (Bosch A928S) (original arms will come with car)
- Touran rear aero wiper (originals will come with car)
- Pioneer XAH-7800 DAB radio
- Hertz Deici 165.3 component speakers x 4
- Silicone breather hoses

Some of the work I’ve done to it whilst I’ve had it includes:-
- New battery (this month, due to lack of use during lockdown)
- Cambelt – done September 2019 @ 133876 miles
- Cam cover gasket replaced
- Brembo discs and pads all round
- Recent suspension overhall – genuine SEAT dampers, top mounts, bump stops, drop links, ARB mounts, etc.
- Fan resistor mod – both fans work on both speeds as they should.
- Auxillary water pump replaced – genuine Bosch
- New recirculation valve – genuine VW 710P
- Dynamat applied to window regulator panels
- C-pillar wiring repaired using VW repair wire kit.
- Instrument cluster repaired – immobiliser issue fixed.
