2016 Full Link No Waze Alert Audio

Hi all, first time here. Picked up a 2016 290 ST yesterday and absolutely loving it.

Using wired full link, android auto works perfectly except for Waze not playing any audio. It lowers my music volume when it has an alert but I'm not actually hearing anything. I have checked my Waze settings, phone settings etc but no luck. Any ideas with this?

Are you getting audio when using Google maps? If you are not then it may be just a case of turning the volume up (using the control on the steering wheel) when you get an alert.

This was it. The voice 'assistant' sound in the car was muted, now fixed. Thank you.
