4-2-1 Manifolds for ABF 2.0 16v

Hello out there,

Anyone have any recommendations for a 4-2-1 manifold that actually fits the ABF engined Ibiza. Supersprint used to make a cracker but no longer I'm afraid and all the stock of the steel ones has gone, the alleged stainless one is a terrible fit and turns out to be chromed and only a couple left in the UK. TSR also sadly gone so I'm stuck. Or have people been able to make MKIII golf ABF maifolds fit or MKII 1.8 16v kit?

Ideas please as I reckon there is about 5-10 easy BHP to be had there?

Cheers, Rich

practical performance car magazine are doing a feature on how to make your own manifold that works well, taking you through all the steps i.e primary length/diameter and collecter angles/design ect. if you can bend pipes and weld then you could definately make one yourself. if I had a mandrel or access to one then I would be making one right now!

milltek used to make the TSR one but its for the short block 1.8 / 2L not the tall block ABF - but they will fit I believe with some firewall thumping and engine mount mods

None available as for as I know for tall block Right hookers

Just bought one of the last Supersprint manifolds. Pick it up tomorrow and will put it on the bender if it doen't fit. Guess it'll match the whole exhaust then.
If not Miltek it is and beat proverbial out of things to make it fit.

TSR Tall block work will start in 3+ months if the short block stuff is ok.

Will keep you all posted on this. Thanks for your help folks
