Just a quick one...

On the springs it doesnt say which way up they should go

The fronts will only fit one way and the rears will have part numbers on, this should read right when fitted.

Damian, the kit Dannys got, is 40mm all round lowering....how much will this lower a LCR by?

I take it will need to get the tracking done after?

It is yes and you'll get about 20mm on an LCR.

Yeah it's always advised to get the tracking checked after changing any suspension parts.

I have a set of Eibach lowering springs on my LCR
Looking at upgrading the dampers
Would you recommend Koni FSD or Beilstein B8
Also what price would I be lookin at for each

With the Eibach Pro's I'd say go for either the Bilstein B8 dampers at £500.00 or the KW dampers which are very well matched for £436.30.

For lowering I personally find the KW's better yes but we do also sell the Koni FSD's but I'd say they're more for the comfort option.

No both the Bilstein and KW would sit the same.

Handling wise I'd say the KW's offer a bigger improvement.

It would actually work out cheaper to buy the full kit and then you could either sell the KW springs and use the Eibach's or vice versa.
