Question I have why do some Ateca s have 4drive on boot at rear , others don’t display badge confused

Because some models of the Ateca are all wheel drive (branded by Seat as 4Drive) and some are front wheel drive.

If you mean specifically the Cupra Ateca which has 4Drive then that's probably just different branding choices over the model's life.
