The sub 150bhp models are all getting fixed rear beams, so not likely there

The >150bhp *could* have it, as it retains the Independent Rear, but as it's not been a big seller for SEAT on the Mk1 in Europe, and not at all in Mk2 - I seriously doubt they will do it

I have heard that the wagon (?) version in Sweden should come with AWD - no idea with what engines though...

A regular Leon hatchback AWD 2.0T 300 hp - jummy :p

If it were RWD I'd order one tomorrow, but AWD, no thanks not for me. .

Well, maybe not tomorrow, but I wouldn't bother with an AWD Leon. RWD and it would be right up there on my list of things to look at, as RWD is an essential on my next car.
