I don't think is a Licence as such Not had it don, but When you go to the dealer they plug there computer in and it activates it, also I think
they wire something in but I have heard its about £100 ish

If your unit has navigation function I can activate full link remotely. I do FEC code injection. Cheaper than buying a license. Result is same. For details you can send me a PM.

I found something like wireless module attached to USB port which provide a wireless full link wireless connection with smart phone.
