Air Con/ Heating problem

Please could anyone help, i hav a 2004 130bhp toledo and the air con doesnt work plus sometimes the heat stays on full even when i turn the temp down.. Its climate control. Any ideas ???

does the hot air come out hotter than it ever does when it's supposed to?

yea it seems to be, just blows ht even when i set it at LO, but doesnt do it all the time !
