When driving last week , having to do a last minute brake and swerve to avoid an HGV the airbag light has come on.
I went down to my local VAG specilaist and we put it on the diagnostics and it came up with it being the seat airbags, it was reset but it registersd the fault as being a poor earth.
On the way back home, the light cam beack on so I have had a look at all the connectors under the seats to try and see the problem and disconected and reconnected all I could.
The problem is my car has electric leather, so there are so many connectors down there its hard to tell what what. Could anyone point we in the right direction for the seat airbag connector?

Cheers in Advance

Ian

Anything usualy todo with airbags are marked 'Yellow' or just yellow conections.

Hope this helps.

Also if you disconnect anything todo with airbag whist batt is connected it will throw up airbag warning light.

Its a photoshop!

I'll remove the signature picture, just to clarify, that how I intend for my car to look, I am currently collecting the bodykit parts, but other thigs have got in the way, like the cambelt and water pump service, needing new brakes and a cat back miltek exhaust.

One day!
