whats the standard alarm fitted to the ibiza mk3 cupra called? have to select from a list for an insurance qoute! thx

Its a CAT 2 , iirc from searching previously.

if its a cat2, and i believe it is. then for insurance purposes its just an immobilisor.

cat2 = thatcham/insurance approved immobilisor.
cat1 = thatcham/insurance approved alarm and imobilisor.

It has an alarm, but i dont think the alarm is thatcham recognised.
