Alcantara Fabric Protection

Hi all, I’m getting a 2 yr old Ateca FR in a few days time. It has Alcantara interior and just coming from having an Octavia VRS with leather interior, I’m worried about stains and marks on the Alcantara suede seats. Anyone got any valid recommendations for a protective spray coating? Non-sticky and water-based I guess. All advice grateful received. Thanks.

TBF I have had leather or alcantara for years and the alcantara is quite resilient to stains etc. I have never protected the alcantara but I do carry a pack of wipes in the car and any spills are wiped off quite easily.

I've used scotch guard on mine previously with no problems (moving to car care and detailing forum).
