Altea wiper blades not parking

Altea wipers blades have stopped
going all the way back into the parking place can i reset something can anyone help me with this thanks..

Is the wiper stalk on the intermediate (1st) position? My blades stay just outside the pillars for several seconds if they're not required to wipe.
Just a thought.

Hi Buckshot Thanks , Last week some snow got built up behind the blades in the pockets i cleaned both sides after that they would park as you say but would not go all the home .i have read on hear that the altea use two wiper motors i am hopeing that both motors will auto resink together then work back to full sweep and reset. Thank's...
