There was an update to the Model Year 18 seat leon which added wireless functionality to the infotainment unit (IU).
With no simcard slot it was dissapointing.

However it allowed the IU to act as a wireless access point to allow multiple devices to connect too.
There is also an additional option to allow the car to tether from a phones data connection.

Other than the Alexa feature its very limited.

Does anyone know if this should be compitable with AA and CP wireless?

Sounds like for AA wireless to work the car IU needs to support the 5Ghz WIFI frequency. I'm guessing it only supports 2.4Ghz.

It do not support wireless AA. But maybe next year there will be external module which will allow you connect to headunit by wireless connection... Im support them and hope that I receive it and that it will work as must ...
