Any updates on factory build/delivery

Has there been any info on the launch/build/delivery of the new Cupra Leon. I have extended my lease till next
year but wondering when we can see the new car in UK. Covid restrictions allowing that is.

UK press launch hasn't happened yet, sometimes they hit the dealers before the press launch but never known it happen before for a brand new model.

I'll try find out.

IMHO the MK4 is a huge upgrade in terms of quality over the MK3.

My dealer advised they have been told spring/summer 2021 for new Cupra.

I'm still waiting to hear back, I know a few dealers now have MK4 FR's in showrooms.

Thanks for replies. I have added my name to the Cupra site mail list but not had any updates. Spring 2021 would probably be good but a long wair.
Wonder if I can cut current lease short if new car is available

Hi - as above it's this year

Worth asking SEAT, but you'd likely need the dealer to be willing to buy the car early (SEAT finance will do a preferential rate) but in my experience, a number of dealers don't want to, so might need to wait.
