Auto tailgate opening/raising.

In my previous vehicle (Leon) I had a set of uprated tailgate struts fitted, which once you'd depressed the tailgate open button on the keyfob, the tailgate would unlock and fully open, you obviously had to manually close it afterwards.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any uprated struts which would perform likewise on the Ateca ?

Pass on that one.

People have problems with the automated tailgate opening. Falls between men with tight pants and faulty control boxes.
