Back brakes sticking on, and weird rubbing noise when reversing

Sorry if this has already been covered i have searched to no avail, when LCR has had handbrake on the rear shoes seem to "stick" to the discs, ok as i pull away it frees off, but also while in reverse i get a squeal slash rubbing noise, i do have brembos with grooved discs set to aggresive? This may be why when in reverse i get a noise as the discs have worn one way but im not sure?
Any pointers advice or abuse eagerly awaited x

My mate who also has a LCR had the problem with the rear brakes sticking. He sprayed the calliper with penetrating fluid. (Not the disc or pads bad idea) he said the callipers no longer stick so try this.

Looks like springs are on order, i will try the cheaper alternative of servicing the ones i have but springs key i think

I have got same problem but I'm unsure if I should rebuild my calipers as kit from TPS seems fairly cheap or just fit springs on my calipers? will rebuilding help me with my problem for a longer time or should I expect my handbrake to stick again? opinions please ;)

I am lead to beleive that a spring repair will resolve this issue as long as said spring is maintained,
