Bearing noise

Hi all,

I have a 2014 1.6 TDI , less than 70 000 miles, Recenetly I heared strange voice. it seems like bearing. the noise is very important when I slow down (without breaking). someone told me it the timebelt. any suggestion . thank you

Check front tyres ,thought I had front wheel bearing gone on my 2.00 TDI for and it was the front tyres gone out of shape ,looked fine till you jacked it up ,as soon as the weight was off the tread blocks where all different hieghts

last twice I've thought I had a faulty wheel bearing it's actually been the tyres. Tyres were near the limit and needing replaced anyway.

Not on the Leon btw, this was on previous cars.

Also, if the noise only happens when moving or braking, check for small stones stuck between the brake caliper and wheel hub - that can make an awful noise.
