Bluetooth not showing up on phone

Hello. I bought my Seat Ibiza Toca 1.4L 65 plate in febuary and cannot get the bluetooth to work. In the manual it says that once the engine is on it should show up on my phone as BT but nothing ever shows up. I was wondering whether there might be an easy fix like something being unplugged and was wondering if someone could help. It also came with a garmin you can put on the dashboard but I can't get music out of that either

Hi when you’ve got the garmin on does a phone symbol come up? It should come up with search for devices or something like that?

I’ve managed to get the phone connected to the garmin, just music won’t play

What options does it give you when you click media?

I think you may have to go into whatever passes for settings, and make bluetooth visible for you phone to connect

also, I do not know if the garmin has the bluetooth streaming protocol for music.

I had the same issue, how did you get yours to pair? I’ve updated the latest software on the Garmin, but it just searches for my Bluetooth devices for ages, then doesn’t find any!
