Good Figures! 220hp & 305nm on my Cupra with Scorpion downpipes, milltek cat back, eBay intercooler and Revo stage 2.

I reckon the down pipe made a big difference, I was making 200hp with just the hardware mods, before the Revo map.

Glad the car is finally behaving. I think 220 - 230 hp 305nm - 330nm in these little cars is great fun.

Yep, downpipe the biggest restriction by far, 1st base run made 209 without changing anything, I did a lot of reading into power loss, symptoms and fixes after last time, I took out and cleaned all 3 of the air temp sensors in the charge air system as we don't have a maf, also cleaned the throttle body...this alone woke the car up on acceleration. I've swapped from a K&N filter to a Pipercross foam which is noticeable difference in how it breathes.

Oil change to Miller's nanotec 5w40, still running same denso plugs gapped at 0.8...overall engine is sound, I'm more than happy with it.
Backbox and tailpipes are quite loud when your foot is down though :LOL:

GAP Insurance - cover the difference for peace of mind
