Boost Leak

Hi all,

Just bought a cupra.. At 2k revs when it starts to spool up I can hear it leaking boost and it only boosts at 13 psi which I think is half of what it should be on a ko3s? When I rev it while stationary it flutters etc... Where should I be looking? Is vagcom my best bet? Thanks in advance

do you know what pressure your car should be running?

id start looking at your diverter valve if you mention flutter.. vac hoses, then intercooler pipes etc
