Boot seal

So, I think my boot seal is failed and letting water into the boot. I’ve looked on the bay and I can’t find a new one? Surely not that rare lol anyone point me I the right direction? Or is it gonna be a TPS job

Unless it's visibly knackered I very much doubt it's the main boot seal that's letting water into the boot.
Usually it's the rear light cluster foam gaskets or occasionally I've seen them seep through the roof seam above the rear C pillar.

Hmm so I had water on the underside of the trim
I had to remove to fit the motor you sent me. The seal was full of water. Maybe I’ll just dig it out and see what’s going on?
