Brake calipers

Official Seat Leon brochure from website, says Cupra has red brake calipers. Can someone who has just received their new Cupra 290 confirm please?

I don't know what expletives I can get away with so I'll just go with ffs! I really want them red as I've gone for desire red, and that would look awesome. As I'm leasing I don't think I can paint

SEAT marketing is crap when it comes to the Cupra. There are several mistakes on that text including:-

- unnecessary statement that the illuminated aluminium sill is not available on the SC - this was deleted prior to WLTP
- unnecessary statement that the gear shift modes are only available on the DSG - this is the only gearbox available

No exterior puddle lights, just the CUPRA on the door sills

No it's just out of date/lazy marketing by Seat. A Seat badge is not a CUPRA logo, regardless of colour.

The brochure i have says Red calipers in the spec list also but on the opposite page to that where it shows the picture of the Cupra there is a note that says * all brake calipers on Cupra will be black from mid October 2018 *

I quite like them being back, it’s more understated just like the whole car, perfect sleeper car

Completely agree bud, ive gone mystery blue so prefer them black also

Prefer red. Black is pretty much invisible to me. Each to their own though.
