Brakes Warped ....again

Here is a strange one, I changed my front discs and pads 8 weeks ago, they were fine until about 5 weeks in when they feel warped already with pedal and steering shuddering. I had the exact same thing when I changed them in Feb of this year. What could be causing them to warp so soon? I am pretty sure the bedding in process has been done fine and the fact that the last time it was done by a proper mechanic makes me think there must be some other problem?
I need to do my rear brakes (which maybe someone can tell me if it is the same process as the front and how the handbrake is worked into the equation). I don't think the back brakes could be causing the issue as they brakes were fine for the first 2000 miles.
Any ideas?

No idea about your judder, it's something that I've never experienced. Are they standard disks and pads?

Rear brakes need a windback tool to wind the piston back up the handbrake self-adjuster. You can probably do it with needle-nosed pliers or circlip pliers, provided you don't mind taking ten times as long and losing all the skin off your knuckles - and risking damage to the dust seal.

Been there, done that, bought a windback tool.

Thanks Mutley, I have a rewind tool so presume it's the same procedure as the front brakes then and no need for me to do anything with the handbrake? Should the handbrake be up or down?

Warping brakes - Working through possible solutions (with pics)

Right so I am still looking for a solution to my brakes which warp, normally followed by a knocking sound. I have taken 3 pics. I have noticed that the guide pins are pushing through the rubber bushes about 1cm on the top one. The lower one is probably closer to 0.5cm.

I have taken pics. The first pic is the top guide pin, the second is the lower one. The third pic shows the guide pins removed. The one with all the black marks is the top one. I cleaned that about 1000 miles ago along with the lower one.

Any ideas? I was wondering if the hub may be slighly bent pushing that side of the wheel out just a little?

Sorry posted halfway through typing. So as I was saying, despite being told by 3 different mechanics that it wasn't the calliper, I replaced it. Problem solved :-/ been on the same set of disks and pads for 7 months. I would have already replaced them by now!
