i have done possibly 3k, so not enough to give a fair idea on how it has worn (if any) ... but the cupra is a second car, so wont cover too many miles per year to be honest. But i do drive the car hard at times and had not a hint of slip or any unpleasant smells. Time will tell for me lol.

Did you upgrade you spark plugs to coolers range when you had it mapped

Oh okay mine sits at 750rpm dead on but i thought my petrol seems to go down a bit so scanned for fault codes nothing and then did a rediness test which showed egr fail,evap fail and 02 fail

Can anyone confirm this is the right part number for cam shaft follower on 58 leon cupra . 06D109309C thanks

Im gonna be inspecting and changing follower . Just on question what should i put on the follower to lubricate it before fitting? Loving owning my cupra alot different to my 1.8t

Only ever read about doing that 1 place. Didn't bother when I changed mine and all is well.

So just disconect sensors release pressure and fuel line going in to hpfp and undo the t30 bolts to access the cam follower and follow the reverse order to install .
