Clutch Judder again

Hi People
This is my first post!
I have a new Leon 1.9 (Black) with about 5k on the clock anf have just asked dealer about the "judder". Predictably they could not find it? I thought it was me so i test drove another car which was smooth in comparison so I know their is a problem here. Reading the thread it would appear that i am not the 1st. The judder is evident when close manoevering in first or reverse no revs. Worse in reverse. Also when car is hot give a few revs to pull away quickly and you can feel it. Any ideas best way to play it with dealer. Frosts in shoreham. I propose to put in writing what has happened so far to service manager so they can see i am serious??

Googies,

On the Wet Windows issue, I posted previously that my '06 Toledo had this problem with one front window.
After several big arguments with the dealer, he finally agreed to replace the entire window rubber (outer) to see if it cured it....begrudgingly....

And guess what ?? Its perfect now....not the slighest hint of water on the inside anymore, despite the wet summer.....all well now for over 2 months.

My advice....insist on new exterior window rubber seals fitted under warranty !

Under the wet windows fixed thread in Leon mkII section i have been posting about this. The dealer under pressure from myself and me telling them the problem and for them to contact Seat technical directly to fix the issue!! They have done this and carried out the work few weeks ago now and no sign of water at all now, front or back windows. I thought it funny when i went in after getting p*ssed off big time that courtesy car had tank of diesel, all windows looked at and fixed, my radio replaced (fm button sticking), bear in mind it took them 5wks to get a tweeter and when got [:@] they had a new radio in the car within a day!!!! Bad service:ban:. Never fixed my missfire/drop out yet.
They then told me that there was a fix for the windows (after me telling them this on each of previous 3 visits) and that Seat were only just distributing Info to the dealers, funny how i told them this 3 days before!![:@][:@]

Glad you got it sorted out!! Winter may be bit easier with less condensation inside cabin.

Now my flywheel has decided its buggered.....car back in the shop for a few days after developing alarming kango hammer sound from transmission when idling / declutched. This after only 20K miles and less than a year.
Oh well, maybe a new flywheel will fix the tick-over shuddering....??

TDI Luver. When you are driving along in any gear, can you touch the clutch pedal and take up the slack that is in the pedal before moving the clutch/pressurizing anything and tell me if you fell a vibration type sensation? i feel this and not sure if it right or just my car. there is about an inch of slack in the pedal or less.
