16506 P0122 Throttle/Pedal Pos.Sensor A Circ Low Input
Can anybody help with this code and what does it mean ? is it the maf .. i cleared it today with my obd but just need to know what it does thanks in advance

throttle pedal posistion senser!
you need to check the operation of the throttle pedal and the throttle valve
you will need a vcds/vagcom or similar to check

Thanks towcester vag but its cleared using obd tester this morning .... would disconnecting the battery help so the ecu resets itself maybe ? noticed last week i was down on power and all of a sudden kicked back in

Is this expensive to do from the stealers or can a local garage fix it

from reading that code i pressume its a twin cam engine?
this tells me that its out of spec ie the cam timing isnt right?
you need to get this checked mate as the valve timing or variable adjuster could be faulty depending on engine
