Corroded Alloy Wheels - need a bit of advice

I'm a proud owner of a Seat Leon SX (54) and I've owned it for about 6 months now and I love it. I've been losing pressure on the rears and drivers side tyres for a while now. I took it to Kwik Fit (They're local!) and turns out it's corrosion around the valves and other places.

Options (which I'm having trouble deciding on).

Is to refurbish the whole set for £235 (tyres are good and have a lot of life in them) or to buy some alternatives.

They're only 15's and look like these:

Or do I buy some cheap 15's that will fit it like some Golf 15's?

e.g.

If the tyres aren't great I can replace them with mine.

I assume my premium would go up by replacing the wheels?

Thoughts?

mix up some soapy water and apply it from a squeezy bottle to the suspect areas, if there is a leak it will bubble. You can use it to check the valves too, you may have valves fitted from a faulty batch.

Thanks for the response. I'll take a photo of them tomorrow, the guy at Kwik Fit put soapy water around the caps and they were bubbling.

There is a lot of bubbling paint/metal on the wheel itself near the caps and on occasional spots on the wheel.

This is happening on one front and two rears.

Cheers!

When I phoned up my insurance company to enquire about how the premium would change if I changed my wheels (15 sx alloys) to Cupra wheels (17 facelift alloys) I was told it wouldn't change as the wheels were designed for the same type of car and I already had alloys on mine. Size doesn't matter apparently.

That's good to know, I'm going to keep my eye out for some Cupra/Fr wheels.

I took the car to my local tyre place and they spent a lot longer with the car and after putting the wheels in a bath they concluded that it was poorly fitted valves.

£20 later and they're all fine.
