Cupra brake life?

Having a company car means my brakes are changed without me knowing and luckily paying! For my next project (vRS DSG) I fancy fitting the cupra brakes on the front. Just interested how many miles, under sensible daily driving I should expect out of the brakes and discs?

I know my car was sold with the original discs on it. Sure the pads were changed at after 20k.

If you are putting Cupra brakes on a company VRS, be sure that the insurance company knows about it

im on original discs and pads , done 45k , my last service 5 k agao was told my brakes 50 % worn

All depends on driving style. My car had two sets of discs and 4 sets of pads in 18,000 miles. Granted I warped two sets of those discs. Once due to me not knowing i didn't have pad wear sensors, and the second due to **** pads

Had my Cupra for 33K from new and never had to have the brakes touched for anything.

i did 60K out of a set of discs and pads when I got rid of the old FR and they were still fine.

I'm at 44k on original, buy the fronts are near the end of the life

My discs still have some life in them yet, but the pads were changed at around 27k.

not sure if its me not driving fast enough but 28k in and still like new!

32k pads still plenty of life left. Really pleased with the brakes. Stop better and seem to last 3-4 times as long as the brembos on my mk1 r despite this car having more power.
