Cupra connect and satnav

Hi all.
I have Cupra connect installed on my iPhone.
Am I correct in understanding that it is possible to plot locations into the app, and then send them direct to the car ready for when you set off?
I just can’t for the life of me figure out how you’re supposed to do it!

I use CarPlay rather than the native apps. So I put destinations into Google Maps on the phone, then when i get in the car, press recent destinations on the screen and hey presto, there it is.

Another CarPlay user here, I prefer Waze though.

On the connect app tap map, then search location, then send to vehicle. See pics below.

Once in the car it will come up as a new destination.

Hmm for some reason I just get “save” and not “use in vehicle”

Not sure why it’s like that mate, unless your settings are slightly different.

Is there a way to use the in-built SatNav and navigate to a phone contact (that has an address listed). I looked through the manual and played around with the SatNav in the car, but cannot seem to find a way to list contacts (apart from ones added as favourites within the car itself)
