Data loss on 13 June

Any thoughts on what happened anyone?

Switched car on first thing on 13 June at home in north Hampshire. No map shown, no data on road speed limits, warning that no driver assist available. Drove for a few hours to Somerset stopping several times but the above data didn't return. Next day started the car in Somerset and all data was available and has been fine since.

That happened to me yesterday. My whole Infotainment system was down, no maps, no bluetooth, no calls, no ACC, no proper sign recognition, only basic car functions were available. Today it turned to normal. I tried resetting console several times, stopped and started car but it didn't work. Country is Germany

Hi Naxterra. Yes that's what happened to me. The biggest issue was not being able to adjust the cooling controls as we were expecting hot weather!
I did speak to my Cupra specialist who wondered if I needed a download to the systems and so should connect my car to my home Wifi. It didn't sound very likely to me and I don't know how to connect my car to home Wifi so no doubt it would be a challenging thing to try.
