Door/footwell/steering wheel lighting

Talking about a Leon FR here with the interior lighting pack.

Am I right in thinking as well as the door strips the footwell and controls are supposed to light up the same colour?

Playing with the driving profiles today and realised none of the afore mentioned lights seemed to be on.

Footwell lights and roof lights are white. Door card top strip lights are white but turn red when in sports mode. All other buttons and steering wheel controls are red.

Do you know of any option/button that would turn them off I could have selected by accident?

You can adjust it all from the CAR menu on the Infotainment system .

This morning, in the dark, the lighting was working as expected (though forgot to check footwell). I it is just that the lights don't show up very well in daylight.

That sounds about right. My footwell lights are set at 80% brightness to give subtle lighting that is not distracting and you wouldn't know that they exist in daylight. Not sure what your button brightness is set to but I can't see mine during the day with it being comfortable at night and not over bright.
