1.4 petrol. I contacted SEAT and they say it doesn't have EGR valve. What could be another reason for the revs droping lower then 500 RPM when stopping. The car dies sometimes when stopping too.

It doesn't have an EGR. Buy a can of carb cleaner, take the top off your air filter and shoot the carb cleaner through the hole in the centre revving it a little while you do it.

You've got a dirty throttle body that's all, I've had four MK2's and they've all needed it at some point .

Would STP petrol treatment an aditive for petrol work too? Or should I get a spray?

Great, used a carb cleaner spray and cleaned it. Cur runs normal without any rpm swinging. Thank you very much :)

Hi, me again. I have another problem. When accelerating, the car stutters. I have to step off the gas pedal and accelerate slower. This problem occurs below 2000 rpm. I though it is the ignition coil. I changed it and it is the same. The spark plugs have been changed a year ago (around 20.000 km). Any idea?

Could be a few things really, if you put standard plugs in they are probably ready for changing again but other things to consider are:

Ignition Leads
Distributor Cap
Crank Position Sensor
Fuel Filter
Head Gasket

I'd start with the cheapest and work my through the list.

Changed the distributor cap and rotor and it got a little bit better.
Today I changed spark plug leads and the problem was solved. :)
Thanks :D
