right well basically i shoved a screw driver in my cigaret lighter the other day (without thinking and was the closest thing to hand) and i think ive shorted something 
my interior light no longer works, my central locking has given up, the digital bits on my clocks go blank when i turn the ignition off and they also reset everytime i do this, and what ever revs im doing when i turn the engine off the rev counter stays there but everything else goes down as usual... 
ive checked all the fuses and theyre fine, which makes me think a relay? but how do i find out which one, if it is that is...?
any help would be much apprecieated
