I've got a Miltek cat back system (+sports cat) and under hard acceleration I'm getting a fast banging/knocking noise which sounds like it's directly under the handbrake area. The car is running a Quaife LSD so first thought was engine mounts which I'm going to order anyway. I've not had a chance to look properly but this is the way the exhaust is hanging right now, so not fully located in the rubbers.
Hoping to get it in the air at the weekend but has anyone had this issue? Can you get an uprated version of these? I'm planning on removing the bolts for the mount, pushing the pegs back into place then bolting it back to the car, I'm just worried the downpipe is sitting too far back to allow that maybe?
