Exterior front door trims

Anyone know the part number from the chrome front window door trims (mine have been bleached by the car valeter) and any guidance on how to remove

Ah, a common problem on all Vag motors. Mine have gone the same but just left them knowing it will come back. I think it's water gets into the laminated plastic chrome or some variation on that. Having read of people getting theirs changed and the issue returns and that it's a common VAG problem I live with it.

You will want the Erwin manuals on removing them and one of those online parts catalogues that come and go due to copyright issues.

I did have a Russian one bookmarked somewhere that worked, you just needed to translate the Russian:). May be other Seat people on the Leon side of here might be able to drop their hands on an online parts catalogue that works :). The Russians ones come and go since they break VAG copyright as I understand. They have the Ekta catalogue loaded up which is the bit that breaks copyright, give you the part number, then try to sell you the part. You might find it from the link above on a big screen with careful searching of the images.

After unlock I'm sure a Seat dealer will be able to look it up for you :). How I use to get the part number before going to parts.
