im just lowering the car on the standard 17" FR alloys that came with it so not going mega low.

Also how easy is to adjust height settings and damping when this kit is intalled on ?

Also did they come with reat strut mounts ? I have seen some pictures on net with mounts on .

I have seen that V-Maxx coilovers offer damping adjustment which kit would you recommend V-maxx or FKs Sport ?

FK are currently revising the Sport Edition Plus kits so they aren't available at the moment.

Personally I'd go for the V-Maxx Plus kit which has a better build quality and also a more refined ride.
