fog light activation

hi
i have an ateca s and would like to activate the fog light via vag.com but havent a clue where to start , yes i have the ross tech vag its the access and codes i need assistance with . cheers

Have you thought about using something like Carista? You can change settings like this, all the coding is done for you, you just choose what you want enabling etc.

Vagcom can be quite complex, especially for somebody not experienced with it. Hope this helps

hi , yes i bought carista just waiting for a friend to have a look , took the car to a leading local auto electrician , who was as helpful and insightful as a chocolate fireguard , basically he didnt want to do it

Not sure , I explained what I wanted , what I had etc etc and his opening response was , " I have a piece of string in my pocket , how long is it " I knew then he wanted nothing to do with it lol
