Forge recirc diverter valve

So I have bought a forge recirc diverter valve for my lcr 225 bam, it's running revo stage 1 and was wondering, what colour Spring are people using?

I thought yellow for mapped cars mines standard and I use green mate. I heard green can be used but I think yellow is the one you need pal

Just had a look at mine and its bare metal. So assume its the one that came with the valve (Forge).
Mines stage 1 by AMD.
Anyone know what colour spring i should use or is it a case of if it aint broke.....

Green for standard, yellow for stage 1
